"WOW! I can't put into words the amazing job that Mo & his crew did at our home. My husband & I were taking on our 1st big project and were so nervous...as we did not have a referral from anyone we knew. We did alot of research on our own and finally came across Curb Appeal on-line and we couldnt be happier. Mo came back and forth to our house before we even signed the official contract at least 4-5 times to discuss all the details of the project, exchange ideas, look at pictures, magazines, etc. Mo is the most patient and calm person I have ever met and he wants his customers to be happy. Not only did his crew come everyday to work, but Mo came as well to supervise and he worked as well. Many contractors that come to your house to give an estimate just send their workers and you will never see them again....this was never the case! They all came everyday at the same time everyday and worked all day. His crew was very polite, hard working, didn't smoke cigarettes, and spoke English! I was receiving compliments on the design of our front walkway and front yard even during the demolition process. When it was finished....everyone stopped to ask questions and admire how beautiful the job was. Mo is trust worthy and keeps his word. We wish we had more money now so we could start our back yard project now...but we will have to wait for him to come back next year. My 2 year old daughter loved him too and named one of her construction worker toys "Mo." When Mo takes on a project at your house, he truly cares about every step as if it were is own home. We are so happy!”

"Mo and his team have been terrific. We had a backyard with a steep hill, ugly retaining wall, and almost no usable space (with minimal access for landscaping equipment). Everyone told us there wasn't much they could do - and what they could do would be expensive. We were referred to Mo by friends who were very happy. Mo came in with a great vision and a very fair price (and far below our other quotes). We hit a number of complications along the way, but Mo was always confident, creative, kind, professional, responsive, and focused on creating a great result. His team was vey hard working, professional, easy to have around, and really nice! The end result was beyond our expectations. Everyone who has seen it has been amazed. We're thrilled to have a wonderful outdoor space that we use all the time. It has really transformed our house and the way we use our backyard. Since that project, we've worked with Mo on a few smaller projects, all with similarly positive results. We've also recommended him to friends who have been equally impressed. We could not recommend Mo and Curb Appeal any more highly.”

"Since you mentioned Curb Appeal, you are not thinking about anything else needed but outside landscaping right? Having a picture to look at would help see your dilema. So I'll just go with the basic things. Like have a lawn in and manicured.Use a weed and feed product to kill the weeds in the lawn. Plant some flowering shrubs that will provide color to draw people in to look closer. Preferably some that are low mainenance to appeal to those who can't do much gardening. Have an attractive wreath or door decoration to make fo ra homey and welcome sign'. You might add a metal door protector on the bottom of the door that prevents shoemarks. This adds to a custom look, you'd want. Trim all unwanted low hanging branches from trees on the property if there are any. And add extra bedding plants along the walkway to the front door. You should strive for a colorful entrance, making people want to see inside to make an offer. As for the inside, what I did with a house we put on the market a year after building, was I made sure I had extra special lighting in all the rooms. Later, when a group of realtors made their walk thru, I got wonderful comments onthe added quality that set our house apart from others in thearea, that had just the basics'. I went the extra mile and paidfor special overhead lighting in the bedrooms, and the kitchen and family room areas. When you plan an open house or a walk thru, set outscented candles and light them. The fragrance is heavenlyand so inviting to all who enter. It's a common ploy that works. I hope these tips are of help to you.”

"If you are looking for a company who is honest, reliable, creative, trustworthy, knowledgeable, problem solvers & has the customer’s best interest at heart...then look no further then Curb Appeal. Our experience with Mo & his crew was nothing less then platinum service from the first email we sent to the moment he and his crew pulled away from my house. In the past, we've had our share of shady contractors and we were cautious who we selected for our backyard remodel. From the moment I met Mo my instincts told me that we found someone we can trust. He is a straight shooter!! This was by far the BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Their work was professional in the every sense of the word. Everyday Mo & his crew far exceeded my expectations & I am not an easy customer to please! The level of high-end customer service that they display goes beyond words. His guys don't stop working. Not even in the rain! They hustled and are extremely hard workers but never once compromising quality. Everyday they arrived early, worked like machines, cleaned up and put my privacy fence back up every single night! At one point, I was uncertain of the direction we were taking with the retaining wall. To give me peace of mind, Mo went completely out of his way to bring me several samples to choose from for my retaining wall. He would state daily, "I just want you to be happy!" and its not just words to him. He's truly genuine. He will do everything humanly possible to make sure your expectations are exceeded and that you are thrilled with the end result. I will recommend Curb Appeal without reservation to all my neighbors, family, and colleagues, etc. My neighbor has already asked me for their phone number! They are truly excellent craftsmen! We are looking forward to our next project with Mo this coming spring! We refuse to work with anyone else. I can’t express enough how impressed and thrilled I am with our decision to go with Curb Appeal. Finally a company you can rely on! Thank you Mo, Rose & the “Machines”! By far BEST of the BEST! Can’t wait to see you guys back again in the spring! We love our yard!!!”

"We used Curb Appeal Design after a house renovation. There was not format to our yard in the front or back. Mo was wonderful to work with and transformed the land into something spectacular. People stop at our home all the time to ask about the landscaping. He created beautiful set-off gardens that compliment the style of our home and transformed our backyard into a great play and entertaining space. His team was caring, hard working and fast. We give this team our highest recommendation - they will add more value than you can imagine!”

"We’ve owned two homes over the past 17 years, and have completed dozens of improvement and maintenance jobs. Working with Mo and his crew has been as positive of an experience as I’ve had with a construction company. Curb Appeal helped us design and construct a sophisticated natural-stone retaining wall behind our house that consisted of two levels. The lower wall including a circular stone patio that jetted out so we could sit and enjoy a view down into the valley below. Mo and his crew completed the job in minimal time with maximum quality of materials and workmanship.

I especially appreciated how easy Mo and his crew was to work with. Although they were quick, they didn’t take short cuts. And Mo’s concern for quality made him willing to make adjustments, changes and additions to make things come out right, within the quoted budget. The final outcome was a complete job that looks great.

I highly recommend Curb Appeal and would use them again for future work.”

The final project turnout spectacular because of their team. I highly recommend Curb Appeal Design for any project, large or small.”

"Mo and his team at Curb Appeal did an outstanding job on our walkway and front porch. Replacing our front porch was a challenging situation due to the slope of the property and a previous water issue.

Mo was able to fix the problem and blend his solution with our vision for a smaller porch. Mo and his team were on time, dedicated, professional, organized and clean. They clean up the site to its original condition, which is always appreciated.

I appreciate the additional effort of Mo and his team to go the extra mile to make the job look perfect.

I highly recommend Curb Appeal and will use them myself in the future. In addition to the above, Mo's estimate was extremely competitive and a great value based on the quality of the work.”
